Doctor
Kenneth Minarik is a licensed Doctor of
Optometry now practicing in Northern Illinois. Having been in practice
for 24+ years, his specialties include contact lenses and visual
rehabilitation of the disabled. He is a graduate of the University
of Pittsburgh, as well as the Illinois College of Optometry.
During the early 1990s Dr. Minarik served as the Chief Optometrist at a large surgical practice in Rockford, Illinois. During that era the most common elective eye surgery was RK, and he provided post-operative care to just over eight thousand patients. Later, when LASIK surgery was introduced and became heavily advertised, he left the field to return to the private practice of optometry. Read more from Kenneth Minarik, O.D. |
